This is an extract. It's for treating certain conditions. Fresh garlic isn't, at least at the amount people consume.

I order regularly from Puritan's Pride. I ordered 4 from this deal and it works out to $1 less than 3 bottles would've been through them directly. Good deal.

I am oblivious to the use case of garlic for health reasons or the bodies ability to absorb extract vs raw, so roast me as you see fit, but according to their conversion chart this is about 1/3 of a teaspoon of garlic per capsule, which if you add garlic to foods like I do is pretty miniscule!
