I ordered one of these and it arrived with a broken drawer and ding in the door and Walmart customer service said there was nothing they could do. They wouldn't even give me a credit for the damage. Based on that, I would not recommend ordering from walmart, stick with amazon or another big box store. given, it was never resolved.

I ordered 2 Frigidaire products recently. (The freezer twin to this Fridge and a beverage cooler). Both were absolutely trashed during shipment. The packaging was just poor. There was one single piece of foam on top and none on the sides. I wouldn't buy any more of their smaller appliances.

I ordered 2 Frigidaire products recently. (The freezer twin to this Fridge and a beverage cooler). Both were absolutely trashed during shipment. The packaging was just poor. There was one single piece of foam on top and none on the sides. I wouldn't buy any more of their smaller appliances.

I ordered an arctic king fridge about a month ago and it came in pristine condition. It was just delivered by fed-ex with a dolly, nothing special. The packaging had some dents but that did not affect the unit inside at all.

I bought this exact fridge, and mine came in more or less flawless. No dents, and working without issue so far. However, I also ordered a freezer and the door would fall off when opened. That was fortunately an easy fix. Again, the freezer had zero cosmetic damage.

Based on Wal-Mart review this isn't the normal experience, seems to be much much worse. However, both of mine shipped out of Fort Worth, so maybe that distributed center isn't all that bad? Or likely I just got lucky. Extremely YMMV. I'd only order if you have an easy way to return them to a store like a truck or something if anything goes wrong.

There are about 500 reviews on the Walmart site. Nearly 300 gave it 5 stars. But almost 100 gave it 1 star and MANY of those complain of receiving it damaged.
Yes theres definitely problems with damaged product during shipment. However most people in the reviews had no complaint.

I ordered it last time this deal came and so far no issue. There was no problem during shipment and there are no damages to the refrigerator. This size actually fitted perfectly in my garage with the limited space I have. I guess I am one of the luckiest ones whose order didn't get damaged while getting it delivered and I do agree that Walmart customer service is horrible. They are rude and inconsiderate people who don't care about your order whatsoever.
