I ordered one of these and it arrived with a broken drawer and ding in the door and Walmart customer service said there was nothing they could do. They wouldn't even give me a credit for the damage. Based on that, I would not recommend ordering from walmart, stick with amazon or another big box store. given, it was never resolved.

I ordered 2 Frigidaire products recently. (The freezer twin to this Fridge and a beverage cooler). Both were absolutely trashed during shipment. The packaging was just poor. There was one single piece of foam on top and none on the sides. I wouldn't buy any more of their smaller appliances.

I ordered this unit and it arrived fast but the top was completely smashed in.
I had fed ex pick it up a week later to return it and they did.
I reordered it a second time and got a good one. It's worth the money if you get a good one.

I ordered one and received it in good shape. The box had some damage but the fridge itself only had a light scuff mark. I agree with others that the packaging isn't the greatest for shipping. Mine shipped FedEx which is hit or miss for me when is comes to receiving packages in good condition. I think I just got lucky this time. So far the fridge has been great.

Same ordered last sale in July I believe. Dents on side and back, box had holes. FedEx left box near curb so I had to use a foldable trolly. Makes constant noise and frozen droplets on inner back wall of fridge area. The crisper bin is thin cheap plastic and narrow. I ended up getting $30 refund due to dents. Thay said, other than dent issue and noise, it's a good size fridge and an upgrade over the insignia 2.6 cu ft fridge I had been using. will have to deal with the freezer ice build up and defrost eventually.

Slapping 'platinum' on a basic mini fridge really dilutes the meaning of that word. What's their regular line, a fridge without insulation? I also find it funny that they wouldn't spend money packaging their 'platinum' line of appliances properly.

I have a RCA 7.5 cubic foot fridge from Home Depot that I got 3 years ago for $300. It's still working well today.

If you need a smaller fridge with a freezer this Frigidaire is a great deal.

I believe the dimensions are similar to the RCA and maybe white labeled. One of my questions before buying was could it hold a few 12-inch frozen pizzas. From owning the RCA fridge, I know it can. But it would be wise to ditch the boxes, which takes up extra room.

People use these smaller fridges for multiple purposes. If you use this as your one and only fridge, it can't hold 1-gallon bottles unless you remove a shelf. It holds half-gallon bottles/containers in the door. But if you have more than 1, the door gets heavy.

Having organizers in the fridge that you can get at Dollar Tree makes your life much easier.

They tend to arrive damaged with multiple visible dents and Walmart expects you to haul it yourself back in the store for return.

I went and picked one up myself to avoid the shipping issues. So far it's working great, on the highest setting it does develop a layer of ice on the back wall so it's definitely cold enough. Perfect size for when a mini fridge isn't enough- the freezer is nice. Ice packs, ice cream, and frozen meats fit fine.
