Answering service - Old school style?

I'm in need of a new old school answering service for a small business line.
I need a live person to answer with our company name, but we only get about 15 calls a month at most, most are hang ups possibly due to how crappy my current service is. I don't need any other virtual office services, we're just old school.
Paying $100 a month for that now, so that's got to be easy to beat but I was hoping for a recommendation here. The flat rate is the only good thing. Pricing doesn't seem that transparent in the industry so I'm trying here.
