Check ur public library, they might have it for loaning. I have never bought any game yet for my kids yet, I always borrowed. FYI

They are very different games, so it depends on your family's preference.

Return to Dreamland is more of a classic 2d sidescrolling Kirby game, originally made for the Wii. It is also 4 player co-op.

Forgotten Lands is a 3d platformer that adds in some very minor RPG elements. It looks significantly better, as it was built for the switch vs RtD (which was originally for the Wii). Forgotten Lands is also only two player, and the second player is a generic character with a standard, never changing, moveset.

I personally prefer Forgotten Lands because it changes up the Kirby formula and I only play with one kid so two player makes sense.

Woot was purchased by Amazon, once upon a time, yeah they had their own processes and the like. However, since the purchase, if it doesn't say Refurbished or Reconditioned, the products are coming from the same ol' Amazon distribution centers. I've been buying all of my Switch games lately and have been new and in Amazon mailing packages.

I have bought a number of items from Woot, and they have all matched the description exactly. Most of the time they come in Amazon boxes now, so its probably the same stock that Amazon pulls from.

I have bought a ton of games recently from Woot. They are all brand new. They even come in amazon white/blue bubble envelopes, so you are technically purchasing from amazon.

My boys (5/6) loved this game trying it on demo at target. Bought it used on ebay for 42 I think (cuz 60 is cray). They love it!
