Well, just received my package from FedEx, felt light. Opened it up and won't you know it, they sent me just the battery without the jigsaw.... got to deal with this BS now.

They frequently send them separately. Look to see if there is a separate tracking number for each item.

Talked to support and that's the case from what they said, my only issue was there is no tracking in my account and support agent couldn't find it either in their system , so hopefully it comes in mail.

Unless you can't wait to get the item, they are usually good with honoring things and if they need to ship you another one you can even request a discount of like 15-20% for the hassle.
