In some areas / cities politicians pass even stricter rules than state ones.
Where i live I can open carry a large knife everywhere except 2 cities. Concealing a knife over 3.5 inches is illegal everywhere in my state.
Everyone and everywhere (some exclusions, but not whole city wide) in my state can carry a concealed handgun.
Local laws vary. Ignorance of a law doesn't let you off.

The first reviews with pictures show you can bend the blade with just a light thumb pressure.
This is 100% a pass! $10 gets you a $10 knife, it's worth about this price and that is it. don't expect it to hold up to any kind of stress.

No slungshots either. Slingshots seem ok.

I do have several knives, but my favorite is a Kbar as it has special meaning to me and is still considered one of the best fighting knives ever made. My grandfather carried one in World War II, My Paw Paw carried one in Vietnam, which he handed down to me when I was 17. My brother carried one for 20 years in the military, although he did not see combat, he was proud to carry on the tradition. The one I have, the wrapped handle had shriveled after so many years, so I had a bladesmith clean up the knife and the handle rewrapped so it looks like new and has a razer edge. It's more of sentimental value as I do not carry it on my person. I live in Louisiana and travel often, so I conceal carry a Glock. Especially since we have such high crime in cities like New Orleans. I don't trust my life to a knife, when most of these young criminals have stolen firearms.
