From my point of view, here's what this one has going for it:
8 GB is hard to come by in a Chromebook - I run lots of tabs AND crouton with full Linux on a 4GB MT8183 and do have occasional issues. And 8 GB would be a bare minimum for Windows anyway.
Ryzen 7320C is way better than MT8183C in benchmarks, and way way better than any Celeron (in my personal opinion, but I'm sure there's room for discussion on that but please, no flames)
2-in-1 for this price is a good deal
14" FHD screen is a good deal - many 2-in-1's only come with 11".
Who really needs Windows these days? I run OpenOffice in Linux, and MS Office online is free w/ educational account anyway if you need it.
Probably doesn't need 128GB for most people, but whatever.
Only thing I'd like to see is a back-lit keyboard, but not a deal breaker since it is a 2-in-1.

Nobody is going to need to take a break in the middle of the day for a breather carrying around this laptop. It's on par with a thin and light 15" in terms of weight.'

Other wise would've done it ! Thanks for posting
Went out and bought one for my son for college. Can confirm it DOES have a back-lit Keyboard! That was one of his must haves.
It's heavy for a Chromebook but it's metal housing, larger screen and a good sized battery, will make it be on the heavier side.
A few other thing:
1. My listing didn't mention anything about it being a touchscreen. It is a touchscreen.
2. My listing didn't mention it was "360" or a foldable laptop. Yes, it does fold into a tablet.
3. This isn't a small Chromebook. It being 14" and 1920x1200 resolution is great for games, multimedia, and school papers/projects. It fits great into a backpack and can be easily carried around campus. Son loves the Chromebook and he highly recommends.

Thunderbolt 3 and 4 are 40Gb/s and USB 3.2 Gen 2 is 20 Gb/s. That is the main difference between the 2. Thunderbolt is faster for multiple displays and chaining drives while allowing more power to be pushed to the device for faster charging. That's the high level overview.
If you aren't using multiple displays, multiple drives or an external GPU, you'll be fine with USB 3.2 Gen 2.
Side note: USB naming sucks.

It is heavy but feels sturdy.
Ran a speed test at the same location as my Zenbook 14 and it doubled the speed.
Works flawlessly with my Dell docking station - 2 monitors with 8 tabs open.
Has a backlit keyboard.

Also this is a comparison of the chromebook I currently have and this one....is this one a significant upgrade? I am not very computer savy with specs

Objectively Windows is terrible to use
On the plus side, It's a good workout carrying this weight around.
