- The additional toppings of shiitake mushroom slices, carrots, and scallions add some welcome bits of texture as you eat. The shiitake mushrooms in particular give nice meat-like textures.
- If you're afraid of the heat you can use a little less of the soup powder packet. It will take the edge off a little but you'll still get to enjoy a warm, savory, rich spiced broth.

I checked my order history on Costco. It was $12.99 in April but $15.99 in June. That's a 23% increase in two months. Inflation really hit hard.
If you want authentic ramen, then go down to the nearest ramen bar in your town and don't be eating instant noodles.

Edit: oof, folks really aren't liking the cheese idea... Oddly enough I myself got it from a Korean on this very site for a previous deal of this very noodle. I think it is good 🤷
