It's not a replacement for protein powders, not enough protein for that. It's great for adding peanut flavor in mixes, shakes, sauces. Also great for folks who can't handle the fat and/or calories of peanut butter. And of course for adding some protein to veggie dishes (but not at workout level).

What do you guys use this for? I'm not sure if this is used as a supplement to weightlifting or something. Is there some kind of benefit to adding to a health shake as a protein, rather than whey protein isolate? I'm sure it can add a good flavor and calories for weight gain but just curious…

Mostly recipes protein ice cream, smoothies, add a bit of peanut butter flavor in waffles/pancakes batter. And use as a dip for fruit, usually apples

I mixe it with oatmeal. Also in whey protein shakes. Adds a nice flavor.
