Mentioned this in the Worx 4V thread which is selling for the same amount as this Skilz driver @ Sam's Club (link) but thought I should mentioned it here as well:

When comparing specs the Skil 4V driver is inferior to the Worx 4V driver in the following ways:

Slower speed (220RPM vs. 250RPM)
Lower max torque (4Nm vs. 5Nm)
No torque settings (Worx has 3: 2.5Nm, 4Nm and 5Nm)
Uses a microUSB port (vs. USB-C)
No battery capacity indicator (vs. three light LED indicator)


The benefit of the Skil driver is that it can be twisted in either pistol or in-line grip mode which is pretty cool and it comes with a 5 year warranty (vs. 3 year for Worx).

This is also non-pivot version.

I have the non-pivot and after 12 months (light use), the battery has expanded on me and essentially rendered the unit useless. I will go through warranty claim process.

It's a great tool while it worked.

Ok arrived, the magnetic charge adapters do fit, the indentation is almost perfect for it as well, so an option for easier charging.

Trust me, get the one that piviots, it's worth the few extra bones. Mine mostly sits in my house junk cabinet for the odds and ends, having both versions, the verticle mode gets most of the time.

$20 only gets you this lol

Hart impact driver/drill combo tends to go on sale for ~$99, 5 piece kits not much more, but you have to spend another $10-20 on bit set for the hex furniture bits. This comes with a small bit set but only square not hex.

Yep, the trick is to buy a bunch of the adapter plugs, they also sell them separate from the cables. I'm sure there is a better price somewhere on aliexpress but its a terrible interface as the search doesn't show shipping, I bought from that seller long ago, so reliable.

You could try eBay for something like "Black & Decker BCD702 20V Max Drill Driver"? It's normally around $40, but if buying used, you could probably get to this price. It's a gamble on the battery though..
