I think every gym rat took C4 at one point in their life lol. In terms of efficacy, there are much better things on the market with higher doses of effective ingredients and less fillers, but at 2-3x the price. I find myself relying less and less on preworkouts as I get older (in my 30s currently) and I tend to stick with stimulant-free formulas because the caffeine doesn't really give me any extra boost and usually leaves me wired hours after the workout.

I recommend Gorilla Mode Nitric. Its got glycerol, creatine, citrulline and gives you crazy pumps without any caffeine. 40 servings are usually $40-50 on sale, and I use half a scoop most of the time, so it lasts quite a while. Might want to add in a dedicated creatine supplement as Gorilla Mode only has 2.5g per scoop

used to take this, is it even worth taking? I just do a zippfiizz now or healthy snack before workout and clean protein shake after.

Just a fyi this preworkout sucks compared to some of the other brands ive used. I never get the same boost that i do with other preworkouts of the same caffine.

Who cares if it's only $11. It's worth it. You could take 2 full doses and it would still be cheaper than paying full price. It's 1/3 off.

Yeah, I didn't love this stuff either. The strawberry margarita flavor I got is genuinely awful, and it makes me feel more strung out than peppy.

The only pre-workout stack I recommend is 1.5g of agmatine, 5g creatine, and a black coffee.
