Not a good product, IMO:

On the surface, $11.89 for 30 servings is a killer deal. But once you dig into the details of what this stuff actually has in it, it becomes clear it really isn't.

1 serving/scoop gives you negligible amounts of Beta alanine, creatine, and citrulline malate so you would need to start with 2 scoops MINIMUM to get any sort of effect from those and, even then, it really isn't enough. The problem with this is the amount of caffeine intake goes through the roof once you start hitting 2 scoops. 150 mg in one scoop is fine, but 300 mg at 2 scoops? 450 @ 3??? Absolutely not.

Either buy creatine, beta-alanine, and citrulline by themselves and mix with water or find a product that actually has decent doses in it without blowing your caffeine intake through the roof for the day.

Asking for a friend, is this stuff the same as that new fancy Celsius drink?

I am assuming you are asking for your long lost friend Yevgeny Prigozhin... I would say, in my humble opinion, it's much better than Celsius drink/powder.

Hey, been out of the pre-workout sup game since ephedra...is there anything out there worth the cost that isn't essentially just caffeine? I get the creatine, alpha lipoic, bcaa benefits and all that, but if I want those, I'll get those separate. I don't need an "all in one", just an energy enhancer to help me go longer. Am I better off with straight caffeine pills for bang-for-buck? Thanks.

You absolutely are better off taking a caffeine pill. Both health wise and cost wise if you don't want the other associated benefits of the creatine, BA, arginine and CM

I still see the 25% off coupon for this deal. (If you've previously used a coupon on a C4 product, you may not see a coupon now.)

Thanks! Never understood why anyone would want lower-quality, ineffective quantity rando ingredients added to their energy drinks? If you want creatine, buy a decent quality creatine and do the whole load/maint process to get the benefits, and cycle off when you think you need to, same with NO2. Adding all this crap to every drink seems like a bad idea.

Last I followed, all the guarana, cola nut, green tea stuff were just alternate sources of caffeine, but still just caffeine. There is no secret, newly-discovered Amazon-jungle energy supp out there. Ephedra was pretty much it...it's all just caffeine now with cryptic add-ins of dubious benefit?

You can kinda feel the beta alanine kick in when you get the tingles tho. Recommended daily dose is 4-6g and you get 1.6 from this. The smaller ingredients added are not the daily dose because they are just specifically meant for the time frame of your workout, not the whole day. I recently started taking c4 again a few years after stopping and it does give me a way better workout.

Personally, I take Transparent Labs Bulk OR their Stim-Free. It is pricey but you get good, recommended loads of pretty much everything you'd want in a Preworkout (although the Citrulline content is a tiny bit underdosed). The caffeine content of the bulk is 180mg but you DO NOT need to double or triple scoop since everything else is properly dosed.

Otherwise, just buy the stuff separate and mix with water. You can also get caffeine in a powder form that would do the same as a pill.

Think this is geared more for someone like me who is new to regular gym trips and already has a high caffeine tolerance that wants something simple and tastey to get into the preworkout game. Getting everything seperate is an investment in itself(though cheaper) and I might not even like the feeling I get from it. Spending $11 is a light investment to see if I want to delve deeper into the prework game.

Fair enough. I've been the person who was new to the supplement game, didn't know what I was doing, and overdosed on caffeine with huge migraines lol. Was more trying to give a little insight into this stuff.

Bronkaid, you can buy over the counter with ID, and it still has Ephedrine

This is exactly correct. I use it as a caffeine and flavor agent and add my own citrulline/beta alanine at effective doses. Idk why this is getting down voted… democracy 🤷 ♂️

Yeah I noticed that too lol. I'm not sure. I'd understand if my comment was more "tastes like s*** and it didn't give me pump breh" but I was really just trying to be helpful. This probably tastes SO much better than the stuff I take so there's that.
