I bought this used on FB marketplace and the top was badly scratched by a dog and corners of it were rusted. I called Keter customer service and they sent me a brand new top for free.

No need to worry, I've had mine since 2018, it's seen many northeast winters uncovered and it still looks good as day one.

I've had one for several years now. Gets spots on it that look like rust but it always cleans up each time.
