Same boat. The original date on the site when I ordered showed the end of October, so I was pleasantly surprised to see September 20th. Now, I have no idea what to expect. Hopefully there's some movement soon.

Well apparently the original estimate was accurate I was told by customer service today that the fulfillment center told them expected delivery is Oct. 24 could be sooner but no guarantee until they have stock. They are giving me a 7% concession for the delay

Was the 7% concession something you had to ask for? Wondering if I call customer support if they would honor that for me too.

I did not have to ask they just offered it just came out and said I qualified for the concession because of the delay. This was through chat on their website by the way. They can't actually apply it until it ships though so I have to reach out to them when it ships so they can process it.

I had an estimated delivery of 09/21/23. Like others, it has not shipped. I reached out by chat today but it did me no good. The person couldn't even give me an estimated shipping timeline. I was offered a 5% discount if canceled and placed a new order. That would not be a good deal based on the discounts received on the original order which no longer apply.

I contacted customer support and they stated the new shipping date is 10/30/2023. I asked for a compensation because of the delivery and was given 5% off which would save me another $100.

Customer support is recommending I cancel the order and reorder, they directed me to their sales team... very strange. telling me that it would ship sooner, so It's not some kind of stock issue?

Maybe I'm missing it but where is the logic behind that.. It isn't even in stock to place another order. It's definitely a stock issue.

I have no idea, I didn't cancel and reorder, there seems to be some kind of divergence in their teams and whatever is going on. I was "quoted" an estimated delivery date of 10/24... who knows if they will deliver then as well.

Yea makes no sense I've waited almost 3 weeks now but let me cancel and risk being pushed back into November lol 10/24 is what I was told and once it ships I can request my 7% refund they offered. I have a 5i pro with a 4070 that I have until 10/29 to return so just gonna sit tight at this point.
