Honestly I do not own a nonstick pan because of the materials. Proper use of stainless will make it nonstick. Take a look at the videos. I own this same fry pan and the large pot and they are excellent.

I use all-clad, but they're all similar. Super easy to maintain. There is no seasoning with stainless. Clean it with soap/water like normal. When they get dirty use some barkeepers friend to polish them back.

When cooking turn preheat the pan for a minute or 2 before adding oil/food. It allows the "pores" to close on the steel and create a nonstick like surface.

For eggs, I'd have one nonstick pan. You can cook with stainless, but that's the one thing where it's easier not to.

My Costco has pallets of these but they're keeping the price at $199.99. Not pulling the trigger until they go to $150.

Cook eggs with cast iron skillet, it's as non stick as teflon pans.

Looks like Costco Online has it back in stock. My local still has the "*" on the tag, so it's still considered a clearance item. I predict a price drop soon.

Looks like it's onsale again online for $160 through 10/16, but the warehouse price is still $200. TIL Costco will not price match their own website.
