Maybe this was asked before but I assume I can can use a 40% in app promo and still get this by using PayPal as long as it's still over 25 after discount ?

My experience is they dont stack. The code is on ubereats not on PayPal, so can't select more than one offer in ubereat

damn. I cancelled my paypal last month. Someone a million miles away that I had never met was shopping in a brick and mortar store with my paypal account. I don't think paypal is a safe wallet anymore. Good deal tho

I can't see a reason I would use Ubereats now in CA.
If I order some chicken wings and french fries for $28, I have to pay $50 in total with $22 fee.

This might be true to an extent but not entirely. I have been using a yearly membership for 3 or 4 years and still often get promos. I find it 100% believable that I might be getting fewer than I would without the yearly membership but I definitely still get a bunch. Often 50% off convenience up to $20 off and 40% off delivery up to $15 off.

Yep same thing happened to me yesterday. Tried placing order, didn't go through then they disappeared from my promos
