Frick no, their support is absolutely abominable. I just switched to US Mobile because once RedPocket breaks anything, good luck getting an intelligible response from their nitwit support agents.
Any long time customers still satisfied? I have 2GB tello at $14 and would like more data for less.
No, I hate them so much! They screwed up my data bucket, it doesn't reset each month like it should. Tech support has worked on it twice, and you can't speak to them directly. You get to speak to the bottom-tier agents and they're beyond garbage.
Fcc should set minimum standards for the unlimited data beyond the high speed cap, cause nothingvl, or 64kbit is just farking pathetic! Carriers CAN do better.
You are under the idealism spell of the myth where any govt agency exists to serve you. In reality, they exist to serve the businesses they regulate and the execs that rotate in and out of their management.
Sales tax only based on where the SIM card shipped. If you already had an active SIM card with them, many renewal purchasers change their eBay ship-to address to a fictitious P.O. Box in a no-tax state to avoid the sales tax on that purchase. No other taxes/fees apply to this purchase.

Ha I just spent some time on us mobiles website after watching some YouTube comparisons. Going to sign up with them. Doing their free 45 day promo then switching to their shared plan 2 line 12gb for $33/mo.
I just wish there was a mvno that supports Apple Watch and family plan/shared data. It appears only visible supports Apple Watch and they don't offer any shared plans.
Ps us mobile default name when signing up is Jason Bourne. At least they have some humor
Yes, if you select renewal they only need to send an emailed activation code. But sales tax will likely still be assessed based on your eBay ship to address.
That said, H2O is doing 256Kbps starting last month - which is the speeds T-Mobile customers get abroad/overseas without buying a data pass - and Spotify is able to stream without buffering.
Tello is the worst at 64Kbps, but most are 128Kbps.

Is this 5G speed or best available? The post says 4G but eBay description sounds like 5g.
A: 5G,if your phone supports it or best available.
After 360 days, do I have to buy another 360-day plan to extend the service or does it get auto renewed to the same plan for the same price? Just worried the phone number and all would be gone if I don't renew in time.
A: It can be set to auto renew at prevailing price.
Can I stack up two 360-day plans (order 1 with SIM and 1 for renewal) so I don't have to keep renewing?
A: No, have to activate in 90 days
Do I have to activate the SIM within a certain number of days?
A: 90 days
