Likely doesn't have built in wifi (unless they changed that in a later revision): https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherbo...-rev-10#kf

Other than Microcenter and Gigabyte's site, I don't see "Stealth" variant motherboard anywhere. The non-Stealth variant does have wifi.

That's not the "Stealth" variant of the board. According to Gigabyte's website the Stealth variant (revision 1.0 at least) does not have wifi

Hmm. What's the resale value on this board? I already have the 12700k+Z690 from a previous MC deal over BF. Would be nice to get the 3070 for my son… seems like a great price, but we don't need this Mobo so I could just eBay it.

Neither needs a heavy duty graphics card. Could play using the onboard card with everything at minimum. Or you can purchase a 1050 for dirt cheap and get pretty decent fps.

The 3070 will soon run into issues running AAA games due to 8 GB RAM. The AMD counterpart (6700XT) has 12GB DDR6 RAM and are thus more future proof. I'd wait for a deal on one of those.

The only thing I don't like is that the face isn't all mesh or something that doesn't restrict airflow. Aside from that it's a great deal.

Not for fortnite on PC anymore. To have fps above 30 you need at least 1050ti. They've changed the game optimization with the engine update, much worse on PC than last year. Better off playing on an old ps4($150-190 used maybe) because the game runs better on consoles, unless he wants to play on lowest settings for playable speed. Otherwise get something 5500xt comparable at least.
