My 2 cents.
Solid ladder. Bought it 3 or 4 years ago for $99 bucks. Extremely versatile. My neighbor picked one up as well, even though whatever I got he can barrow/ use and vice versa. So much so I now store my dolly in his garage so I know where it's at when needed 😅(Sarcasm)..

I got a similar 22' Werner, probably not the same model as mine is 15+ years old (got it for the same price too!). Very versatile. Great for stairs and uneven surfaces.

2 Warnings:
1. When working on any even surfaces or up high make sure the base is stable before getting on. Secure it if needed. I've known a couple people die from falling off a 6 foot ladder.
2. This ladder is HEAVY, around 50lbs. It's not terrible for a quick job here or there, but if there isn't quite here (or there becomes everywhere) you'll likely end up looking for a lighter option. It was a beast to handle while cleaning gutters on a 2 story house with a very steep pitch.
Product description said 40 lbs but it certainly feels heavier than that

Very heavy ladders. I regret buying one for my dad. He doesn't even use it and complains about the space it's taking in the garage. I'll probably have to sell it.
