I personally have a keurig 2.0 and have only used diluted vinegar and it's still kicking after constant use for 8+ yrs. I use filtered water and don't use that keurig filter you put in tank. Just speaking from my experience and to each their own

I decided the gas amount to pickup from Target wasn't worth the extra Redcard 2% since I'm getting 3% from Prime. Yes, I'm an SDer.

Depends on how sensitive your nose / taste... vinegar works better as a cleanser but takes more flushes to be undetectable.

I had a coworker who swore she could always tell when we'd used vinegar instead of citric acid. One theory was that she couldn't actually taste it in the coffee but was smelling vinegar in the air because there was no other context for that smell in our office.

Cannibalism isn't legal, I wouldn't suggest anyone, "eat their own." 😳

Except among hamsters, that's generally frowned upon.

Perhaps because people realized they could've have saved all that money just using pennies worth of white vinegar or citric acid. Because that's all that's in these expensive name brand packs.

Or get citric acid that has a wide variety of uses
8oz of powder for $8
Use 1-2tbsp per 4 cups of water, should last about 20 cleanings.
