Edit: Just came back from my local home depot. Was able to confirm that brick seek was accurate in the SoCal area. Now just debating if I should install it or return it.

Thanks for the info, I have one and it failed to turn off a zone multiple times (wasted water). I don't know if it is the solenoid since the issue seems to be resolved after reseating the solenoid. The first chance I see a deal on rachio or something similar, I am going to throw away this piece of garbage.
