Good prices on several core pieces including the 10" and 12" fry pans with lids and the 8 qt stockpot.

I am not a fan of All-Clad nonsticks, but the 12 piece multi-material set [homeandcooksales.com] is a pretty hard-to-ignore buy at $299 before coupon. (UPDATE: Never mind. Only 2 quality pieces in that set)

As always, check out the All-Clad Pots & Pans sticky thread over on the Products forum for frequently asked questions about this sale and these pans. I created that thread because this sale comes around pretty frequently and we always see the exact same questions -- about the sale, about the different All-Clad lines, etc. Suggestions on improving that thread (and rep) welcome.

The Made-in-China All-Clad non-stick is pretty bad, actually. Do not recommend. Their made-in-USA multi-material non-stick is very good.

I can't say specifically who makes their precision cookers but but I wouldn't buy anything branded All-Clad except for their pans. Get an Anova or Joule.

Thats a really good price on the 4 slice toaster. I ordered one 2 years ago from the factory 2nds sale (for about $20 more than this price) and I really like it. Looks very nice and toasts well, not sure if you can get better at this price point.

These are great no doubt but IMO the price is too high even with the discounts in this sale. There's lots of great stainless cookware for less.

How often do items come back in stock?

Need a 14" pan ASAP, there is the D3 non stick version as well if it probably won't come back in stock

Stock and pricing for these deals fluctuates and seems scattershot with their marketing calendar and overstocking whoopsies. It's kind of all over the place. Plus shipping can take a while (like 1-2 weeks), so if you have an urgent need for an exact pan at this exact price that's out of stock, then you could be waiting a month or more.

Though I'm very curious what the ASAP need is for your pan. Meeting your fiance's parents from overseas for the first time, and you lied and told them you know how to perfectly prepare a dish from their home country? Or you've got a culinary interview for the top restaurant in your city with a brilliant but mercurial executive chef? Or is there an intruder in your home and you need a defensive weapon?

Wish they'd have a sale on standalone lids. I bought 10" and 12" fry pans from somewhere years ago on sale w/o lids, and replacement lids from All-Clad cost almost as much as I paid for the pans!

Upgrading my nonstick from a few years ago in college, has a good bit of scratches that I rather not cook on anymore.

I like their non sticks. Treat them as NON-disposables and they will last. Also they're THICK so it can hold the heat in order to sear anything.

It's like owning a sharp knife, takes time to get into having good habits to keep it sharp.

All non-stick pans will lose their non-stick quality over time, though, even All Clads. That's why ATK recommends spending no more than 30 bucks on a non-stick pan, and recommends swapping them out every 3-5 years.

Also ATK:
tldr: ATK: How you treat your nonstick pan will ultimately determine how long it lasts

"Ten years ago, the life expectancy of a nonstick pan was two to three years.
These days the technology has improved. One can expect five to seven years
from a pan with a quality coating, according to Fran Groesbeck, managing
director of the Cookware and Bakeware Alliance.

But, and it's a big but: How you treat your nonstick pan will ultimately
determine how long it lasts
."
