You should add this would only apply to disc especially on the audio side, streaming suffers greatly with audio.
If you do have the BD already, it may not be worth the upgrade.
Especially on the audio side since it includes the same object based soundtrack.

Oh don't get me wrong. I liked the movie (and might pick it up on this sale). I give Tom Cruise kudos for the job he did in it too. I'll even go as far as saying I enjoyed the second movie (gasp!) even though it is a pretty trash movie.
However, at no point would I call him the REAL Jack Reacher. They just didn't manage to nail the character from the book (size or no size). It's like they got parts of him, but not as a whole.
But I'll agree with you that the movie has a good vibe and not enough people appreciate it.
