Enough iphone 15 will be available in US, Chinese not buying due to Mate X5 and Mate 60 pro. No wonder pro price kept at $999 instead $1199. Just wait a little many offers will come.

I cannot stress this enough. This is not worth it. Their customer service is *abysmal*. If you have ANY issues, be prepared for weeks of calls talking to people who speak words, but don't understand anything you're saying.

I actually called in to cancel my mobile service because it would not let me do it online and they could not successfully port any numbers I was trying to bring after 3 weeks. They cancelled my INTERNET, and left my mobile active, even after I specifically said "I want to be clear, I do NOT want to cancel my internet services." and verbally confirmed that with them twice. It was an absolute joke.

Most likely it will be same as apple, you'll need iphone 14 pro max 1tb to get full $830 back else get $100-$200 back

Yeah I've had the unfortunate luck to have port in/promotion issues. It took me 3 months of speaking to God knows how many reps/tier 2/tier 3 support and even billing supervisors and STILL it wasn't fixed. Every time I call I had to explain the issue and wait for them to read the notes.

I got fed up after the 3rd month and filed an FCC complaint. Someone from corporate actually called me within a week and did a workaround to resolve the issue.
Unfortunately you have to do that with every carrier! None of them acknowledge their port in credits or device credits and hope you forgot about them!

They purposely only apply trade in credits well after the return period so you are stuck with the device. Until there's a major class action lawsuit these greedy clowns won't stop!

I was going to switch to Xfinity Mobile a few years ago but XM did not support Apple watch cellular at the time. Does anyone know if Xfinity Mobile works with Apple watch cellular?

If you do switch to Xfinity mobile, handle every issue or concern in store. I've been burned by the call center as well as the online chat people. I tried to return a phone through chat once and instead they exchanged it for the same phone. Another time, my line ended up being canceled when I was told it would not and I needed to go in store to try to get my number back. I switched to Fi, the people seem to know there stuff there.

I was going to switch BACK to XM but after a lot of reading decided to go to Us Mobile. Sadly no Apple Watch support… yet but it's not killing me or anything.

I'm currently on a device payment plan on Xfinity Mobile, is it possible to order this new plan on the same number while keeping & continue paying for the existing phone?

No details yet on actual mode/price incentives right? And FWIW, we switch to XM from T-Mobile a couple years back and I've had nothing but positive experiences with service (which is just Verizon) and customer service.
But that's neither here nor there, on the fence about upgrading the wife and I from our 13 Pro/Pro Max. If they both get the $830 though, that is pretty damn tempting.
Did this too. Moved 3 iPhone 8s to iPhone 13 pros and got a great deal, better customer service, and cheaper unlimited with tmob. Plus the free Netflix

Agreed. With the smartphone market being as mature as it is, people are upgrading less often. And this is such a small, incremental upgrade on the previous version. I think they're going to have some trouble selling this one and are going to be pushing discounts.

T-Mobile is terrible with promo's now, you have to be on the expensive Go5G Plus plan to get the best offers now.

Most people still using ios because of iMessages and the investment of $$ they have with it. I only use iPhone because of iMessage to txt to my family.
And because I don't know how to move all my photos from iCloud to whatever android uses. Android is the far superior device but I'm on an iPhone. It's fine.

i still rock an iPhone 6s
my parents have that and want a new one or at least one within the past couple models, but never any great deals. I have an iphone 12 and maybe would be tempted on this, but I'm sure it will be a big headache to switch my existing phone pnm xfinity over to a new phone. I'd be trading in my only phone on their service.

When I checked a few weeks ago I could trade in my 12 for a 13 for like $129 or something close to that. Guessing the 15 won't be worth what it will cost t upgrade. I am stuck with xfinity for 2 years either way so would be nice to get a good deal...
