Enough iphone 15 will be available in US, Chinese not buying due to Mate X5 and Mate 60 pro. No wonder pro price kept at $999 instead $1199. Just wait a little many offers will come.

I cannot stress this enough. This is not worth it. Their customer service is *abysmal*. If you have ANY issues, be prepared for weeks of calls talking to people who speak words, but don't understand anything you're saying.

I actually called in to cancel my mobile service because it would not let me do it online and they could not successfully port any numbers I was trying to bring after 3 weeks. They cancelled my INTERNET, and left my mobile active, even after I specifically said "I want to be clear, I do NOT want to cancel my internet services." and verbally confirmed that with them twice. It was an absolute joke.

Most likely it will be same as apple, you'll need iphone 14 pro max 1tb to get full $830 back else get $100-$200 back

thanks. you got a good deal. only thing is that you need to stay with them for 24 months to get most out of it.
I also do have that promo in my rewards but I also have existing lines with them. promo terms says it is only for new mobile customers.
Are you planning to use that reward still? If not, can you please share. I would like to order a phone for me.

Whenever I travel, I do the following:
1. Ask xfinity to turn off international roaming because their charges are outrageous
2. Turn on wifi calling for xfinity
3. Check out esimdb and airalo for cheapest esim and install and activate before leaving USA. Before flying out I turn off xfinity sim and turn on esim.
4. When I land in another country, I have data immediately from the new esim. Use that for whatsapp/facetime calls and don't reply on my xfinity line
5. If I have wifi then I'll turn on xfinity line to get texts, voicemail, and calling.
Thanks for posting about esimdb and airalo. I didn't know this, and this is very helpful. How was your experience using this? Anything that one needs to be aware of?

When does the time start, when one buys or when the service starts, meaning landing in the country, basically, can one buy this service 5-7 days before landing, and time starts then?

Thanks.

Did anyone try to exchange the phone after ordering the phone with $830 off promocode?

I'm trying to do that and the customer support guys say I need to first return and the place a exchange order with only $400 off and after 21 days of receiving the phone, they will adjust the promo code to reflect the $830 off. I'm skeptical to do that and don't know if the customer support will really honor the promo code from the original order.
I ordered iPhone pro and returned it and ordered a Pro Max. I shipped the phone back but yet to get the credit back. Only thing is that I did not do an exchange, I opened two new lines to make it easier.

Anyone know if I can put the phone on a different line? I want to upgrade from my nephews line and put it on my Xfinity account. I'm thinking as long as the account is still going it shouldn't matter but idk
I did this yesterday. It is little tricky though. Here is what I did and it worked although I couldn't transfer my existing number initially but eventually it worked.

1) Opened a new line with transfer from Google Voice
2) Received the phone and first activated the line with the new number.
3) Then as usual copying the data/apps from my current phone to the new one
4) At the time of transfer, phone asked if I would like to transfer the number on the new phone (Existing number). It did not work although I said yes, but xfinity installed eSIM with the new line.
5) I then deleted the eSim on the New Phone (The esim was with the new line)
6) Then repeated the step of copying the data again (After reset) from old to new one along with transfer of the eSIM and for some reason it transferred

I think I am not losing the credits since the new phone is now associated with 2 numbers. Interestingly existing line shows IMEI 2 on the xfinitymobile portal but on the phone the eSIM is registered to IMEI

Make sure both physical sim and eSim are unlocked--different IMEI.

To learn how to use eSim, I bought 1gb data /15 day/$3.90 for USA. I used Redteago app, got $4 ( now $3) credit when enter prom code LIN10001 . That trial was FREE. (Check out https://www.facebook.com/RedteaGOApp/reviews).
Used it in Japan, it has strong signal in mountains.
I also occasionally buy 1 GB/ $3.90 when I travel within the US, as I do not have unlimited plan. Will use it in Spain in 2weeks

Buy an eSim package in advance and activate it within 30 day before/ arrival, depending on the countries. If you run into problems installing eSim, you can get a full refund by one click.

Correction: prom code get you $3 credit. Can be used for 500MB one day/ $1.7. Highly suggest to try and learn setting up eSim before go abroad.

You can add multiple eSims (up to 10) depending on phone models.

How hard is it to find a 15 pro max 256GB in Natural Titanium? Have been waiting since the release date and my store keeps telling me they have not received one yet.

Just give you a little context. If I order from apple, estimate delivery is between 10/26 - 11/2.

Based on the previous experience Xfinity trade in prices are not that great ... will see if they will offer any discount (like previous year) on upgrade without trade-ins. It does offer $400 on a new line (but that was generally per month credit in the past, which prevents you from unlocking, as compared to $400 off on upgrade with full payment)

"
Customers will be able to pre-order the iPhone 15 lineup beginning Friday, September 15, with availability on Friday, September 22.

New and existing Xfinity Mobile and Comcast Business Mobile customers can get up to $830 off eligible Apple devices, including the new iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro, with a qualifying device trade-in.

No trade-in? No problem. New Xfinity Mobile and Comcast Business Mobile customers can get $400 off the same eligible Apple devices with the addition of a new line.
"
I'm a Xfinity internet customer, can I transfore 2 line and get 2 iphone?
