I had to research mold treatments recently.

This stuff is over-priced water.

For mold you use, depending on what you are treating, hydrogen peroxide, vinegar, borax+water, and/or chlorine bleach. Chlorine does not penetrate wood. Oxalic acid is good for removing stains from wood.

Google for more info.

Any method you listed is not corrosive?

This is non toxic. Already mixed and ready to go. This also leaves a film that keeps mold from growing

It's good if you have an area prone to mold. You can spray it and it will keep mold from reappearing for weeks. It won't remove mold already there.

If I need to scrub off visible mold Lysol mold and mildew has been the best I have found.

Is that based upon your own personal use of this product or based upon the manufacturer's description of the product (aka, don't judge a cleaning product by it's cover....as they aren't always that effective).

I use this on my drywall ceiling over one of my showers. It's too low and the steam from showers make it mold prone. I tried bleach but it's a temporary solution, messy, and stinks.

I spray this periodically and it keeps the mold off for weeks.

You're correct about this being water. Water with a miniscule amount of ordinary washing soda as the active ingredient.
Check the Amazon reviews with 3 stars (a generous rating) for a review titled "It isn't really clear that the formulation has any special chemical". Additionally, there are many 1 star reviews stating that it basically doesn't work! At this price, it's not much of a risk, but at $14 (or more), it's ridiculous!

I didn't accuse anyone of lying, but this product is almost 100% water, so it's sensible to question if it really works.

Seems dead here - shows the 3.35 price but on checkout reverts to 14 bucks.
