We ordered in person at 4:45pm. Between walking in the door and getting to the counter, I think about 10-15 orders printed out for online orders. When we got to the counter, the kid said, "All of these orders just came in, so the wait for food is probably 20-25 mins." We were OK with that, so we paid and sat down. In the meantime, order upon order printed out, spilling onto the floor. I would guess no fewer than 100 orders came in the time we were there. By the time we got our food (maybe 10 minutes later), there was a line of people nearly out the door, 100 orders to make and you could feel the chaos about to erupt. And on top of it, with how hiring people is going, this place was understaffed.

Burgers were good, though.
