I do have KingCamp Double Self Inflating Sleeping Pad Thick Camping Foam Pad Portable Air Mattress High R Value, 3 inches Thick L 79"x W 50" for $126.99 from Walmart (https://www.walmart.com/ip/639366690).
It's comfortable, holds pressure and it's worth ~$130 but I wouldn't call it self-inflating. I always use external pump to inflate and deflate. But even that it's much better than regular mattress.
