Yes, I have 2 and I don't consider this "reliable". My other toilet a Kohler doesn't have a rigid maintenance schedule like a German car.

None of Toto from Amazon can be shipped to my location, SoCal....
But when you're visiting someone, the last thing that anyone wants to hear is, come check this out and bring your worst butter knife. It's always an interesting conversation when you've just started dating someone lol.
There's been some questions about the 12" rough in. I found that these Totos actually leave more space behind the tank than our previous toilets. I was worried because I was installing shiplap behind the toilet in a bathroom remodel and the Toto fit fine. If you look at the spec sheet linked on Amazon, it shows 20mm nominal gap between tank and wall at 12" rough in. That's nearly a full inch of wiggle room there.
