From what I could gather, it seems a good deal for the distance offered and front shocks (much needed for streets and sidewalks that aren't totally smooth). I've found pneumatic wheels help a little bit real shocks make a big difference. Only thing that might want to note that if you have to climb any stairs this weighs 50+ lbs. There are other scooters like the hiboy ks4 pro that chime in around 32 lbs but you lose the pneumatic tires and the front shocks as well as are limited to half the distance on a full charge. Same speeds though.

50+ lbs is really too much.
Yeah, it's a little on the heavier side for this type of scooter, but I think it is the battery and suspension that are the main contributors to the weight. It comes with a 15AH battery which will have very decent range and is generally not found in these type of commuter scooters.
It's my understanding that if scooters were smartphones or computers, GOTRAX would be the equivalent of Lenovo/Motorola. Not terrible, but not really great either. Similar business models too… Flood the market with lots of products and a few gimmicks. Then, say a prayer for sales volume and provide little to no customer support.
