Like others have said, the downside is you'll have to pay for shipping, but their prices are usually better (shipping included) than Amazon, eBay, etc.
Only downside is they charge for shipping and you could get hit with multiple shipping charges if your products are coming from different warehouses.
This has been my experience as well. Delayed time to do mainteance or repair on a vehicles ends up costing more than trying to save a a dollar or two at Fock Auto. I really do not like them at all after dealing with their wrong part hassles.

I've been ordering from Rock Auto for years and they've always done me right, and compared to local parts houses their prices are amazing. Although recently I buy more of my parts from Amazon. Amazon has gotten very competitive on pricing, and with Prime free shipping they often edge out Rock Auto for the better deal overall. On certain things though, Rock Auto still beats them, so I always shop both as well as eBay when parts shopping. Regardless of which of the 3 I buy from, I usually save 40%-75% over buying locally.
