If you are buying oled TVs and relying on built in speakers, you should probably have your head examined.

77" A80K for 1499 is a crazy price. And there is not much difference from the A80L that just came out

I called my local store and had them look around my area and 2 stores in Sacramento had them in stock, but the lady wasn't super helpful on the price check, she said "if its in stock its 1999.99"
not sure if its worth driving a 30-45min to check.

Not everyone needs a home theater system. I had one when I lived in an apartment and it didn't go well. In hindsight I should have stuck with the TV speakers or headphones. In such cases, the TV speakers make a difference.

lol called customer service and she was like 'yeah we're getting a lot of calls on this'. unfortunately in IL all around 2500.

Checked a few costco stores.. the manager laughed me out the door and said 1500, no way. He was dead set on 2499$ even with 2 left.

I called and they said they had two new at $2499 and not going on sale anytime soon. Drove to the store anyways, and got the last one left which was marked down to $1700 w/ free extended warranty.

I almost hit citrus heights and rancho just to be sure, but ran out of time.

If south sac or woodland had them for 1700 i'd make the drive.
