1: What "homo sapiens" did is irrelevant
2: Did they live outside for most of their lives? (citation)
3: What does the science say, not what does Huberman say the science says. I have seen his sleep podcast and while interesting the studies do not always support what he says.
1- how is it irrelevant micro and macro evolution of our bodies in our environment is completely relevant. Bot
2- did they live outside or inside? Doesn't matter there wasn't light source besides fire for the majority of human history so people lived based on sun rise and sunset. An environment which we have adapted to release cortisol in the morning based on sunlight wavelength, and melatonin at night based on sunset wavelengths..
3. I'm sure you are a joy to be around in real life if you even make it outside your house. Probably a real winner.
Simply trying to high level spread some information some people might be interested in researching themselves and forming their own option. Just being helpful. You on the other hand have added no value to the conversation at all. You are a leach. Just like in real life.
Congratulations you can multiply on your phone calculator bot.
"Constant exposure to blue light over time could damage retinal cells and cause vision problems such as age-related macular degeneration. It can also contribute to cataracts, eye cancer and growths on the clear covering over the white part of the eye. According to a vision study by the National Eye Institute, children are more at risk than adults because their eyes absorb more blue light from digital devices."
"Exposure to blue light before bedtime also can disrupt sleep patterns as it affects when our bodies create melatonin. Interruption of the circadian system plays a role in the development of type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer, sleep disorders, and cognitive dysfunctions."
What party of getting natural sunlight helps set circadian rhythm don't you understand.
Directly from webmd:
"Sunglasses that block 99% to 100% of UVA and UVB rays can properly protect your eyes."
There is no argument against this. Just like there's no argument for the earth being flat.
I'm disagreeing with your statement about not wearing sunglasses by pointing out the advantages in wearing them
Can you not Put two and and two together? Once again did you even read my response above. I posted regarding blue light damaging your retinas. Do you wear sunglasses when you use your phone and watch tv? You seemed to fail to come up with 4 on that one Einstein.
I never stated that sunglasses don't block uv. I stated that getting some natural sun light in the morning is beneficial. Do you wear a helmet that protect you from all light at all times. You're acting like 15 min of sunlight will make you blind in a year.
Have you ever been formally educated? Because you are extremely bad at formulating an argument, and you can't articulate a point of any value.

For real get 15-20 min when the sun rises and 15-20 min when the sun sets outside not though a window don't wear sunglasses.
DO WEAR YOUR SUNGLASSES because it helps protect your eyes from UV rays when the sun is out. Health experts literally recommend this.
I find it amusing that the folks who say "just go sit in the sun" don't realize that pretty soon many people on this site (and probably 60% of the US population) will be living places where it will be 40 degrees and cloudy pretty much every day for 6 months. You know, like all the 50 states that are north of North Carolina.
There are only 50 states so 50 can't be north of NC lol. That would mean NC is north of NC. And what about all of the ones south of NC?
By the way 5000 is now around $8-9 while it was $14 last time I bought it, bought 2 before price goes up again.

I never once said that sunglasses don't block uv rays? Do you know how to read at all. Seriously I can't tell if this is a joke

Are you a monkey on a keyboard?
Don't wear sunglasses and get sun on your skin and eyes for 15 min a day.
No statement change. God you are a bot
Wear sunglasses in general yes. I'm talking about 15 min in the morning. You must do oil changes at a jiffy lube
