If you're happy with the trades and the deal then enjoy your new phone and purchase. Don't listen to others as XM system is very finicking. My Metro branded Metro G did not pass their trade in authentication and also one iPhone SE Total Verizon passed when another did not. So it's finicky for some unknown reasons, no need to FOMO.

I had an issue earlier this week when, after bringing in two new lines, and getting the Bogo, I lost the Bogo status when I upgraded one of the lines from the basic unlimited to the next tier. I had to go into an Xfinity store and have them work it out. At this point, I've just been given a monthly credit. I am hoping that the Bogo continues. So, moral of the story is, if you do get the Bogo, don't change your lines, or be prepared to have to talk to a customer service representative.

Is the purpose that the internet line fine print "has been active for 90 days" so they don't have to give any discount on the internet like they do with new customers that have internet + mobile?

Or is there a way to get the up to $45 dollar discount they are offering new internet customers that get new mobile lines too?

I have an active line at old house. No mobile lines currently.
Trying to maximize deal with new internet + 2 new unlimited mobile lines at new house. I haven't ordered yet.

It seems the requirement to be "New" Mobile customers is no longer in the Terms? Can anyone confirm that existing Mobile customers can get this deal by activating 2 new lines on their existing Mobile account?

update: ok so I called in and spoke to a [US-based] rep. He confirmed that existing Mobile customers were eligible now. I already have 3 lines on the account, so I asked him if I could add the 4th line as Unltd Intro ($30/m) and the 5th line as Unltd Plus. Since XM allows all lines on the account to count towards multi-line pricing, the 5th line should be discounted to $30. But he said that the way BOGO works is that it takes the higher priced plan and gives you the other of equal/lesser value. So his recommendation was to get both lines as Plus, and the 2nd Plus line would be free. However, that contradicts the Terms of the offer, which state a maximum of $30 credit/month. I asked him about that and he said that it was incorrect and it is equal/lesser value for free. Of course, that sounds a little too good to be true, so I am not putting a lot of faith into what he told me.

In any case, I wasn't able to take advantage of the BOGO offer anway, as I currently have an ongoing promotion which discounts my Internet bill by $30/m for 24 months, but that offer will finally be ending at the end of January '24. He said you can have only one active promo on the account at a time, so if I want the BOGO, I need to have them remove the discount code. As my discount is ending in January and the BOGO promo ends January 10th, I may call back then to remove the last month discount and take advantage of the BOGO offer then.

How much were your taxes per line? If it's like $2...then just get another by-the-gig and it won't matter how it works. You'll get (2) Unlimited Plus for $30 plus the fee. I wouldn't count on the discount being more than $30 though. Technically the first part he said was true...but maybe he glossed over that in your case you would pay $40 + $30 - $30 without adding another by-the-gig line.

In one of these Xfinity threads, someone finally confirmed that the previous free mobile line offer stacked (possible they changed it with this offer but I kind of doubt it). You'll probably get the option for a $20 discount on your Internet (region YMMV) if you combine deals and do a plan change before the mobile offer expires.

Thanks for your helpful reply! Yes, I thought about adding another BytheGig line to push me to 4 lines now, then do the BOGO for lines 5 and 6, which would def. fall into the multiline pricing at $30/line for Unltd Plus. I'll report back if I move forward with any of the offers.

Edit: FWIW, as a data point, the $30/m discount I have been getting for the past 22/24 months was with a promo to add-a-line to XM back in Jan '22. After the monthly discount started being applied, I canceled that line and still rec'd the credits as I had at least 1 active line on the Mobile account. Seemed a little risky to try at the time, but went for it and it stuck!

I don't think there is one since it can be region dependent. I'm not sure where the confirmation was posted (and other general info) but my guess would be buried in Select New Xfinity Internet Customers: 400mbps Home Internet $50/Mo. for 24-Months

From what I gather, it's a multi-service discount (on your Internet bill) typically $10 by-the-gig/$20 unlimited that I see available for current Internet customers and on higher speed plans when doing a plan change. For new Internet customers it can be boosted up to $45. But basically it's all region YMMV, so just log in and go to change plan and see what's available for you.

Current Xfinity gig plus internet customer with two att prepaid lines that I pay 30 a month each for with 5gb of data. Any reason not to make the switch over to xfinity mobile for the bogo for one year?

Do the two unlimited lines need to be new phone numbers or can I somehow transfer this deal to two existing phone numbers on my plan? I have 8 by-the-gig lines right now so I can add 2 new lines but don't want the unlimited lines on the new numbers (ported in from GV).

I order two new phones with unlimited plan on late November. When will this BOGO discount kick in? I see $8 prorated plan charge for November's statement, and I don't see any discount mentioned for December's bill preview.

Yeah I'm wondering same
We are being billed Nov 26- Dec 25 and it's not showing free line. I contacted xfinity and they said it will show discount from next month: is that accurate?
