Or is there a way to get the up to $45 dollar discount they are offering new internet customers that get new mobile lines too?
I have an active line at old house. No mobile lines currently.
Trying to maximize deal with new internet + 2 new unlimited mobile lines at new house. I haven't ordered yet.
update: ok so I called in and spoke to a [US-based] rep. He confirmed that existing Mobile customers were eligible now. I already have 3 lines on the account, so I asked him if I could add the 4th line as Unltd Intro ($30/m) and the 5th line as Unltd Plus. Since XM allows all lines on the account to count towards multi-line pricing, the 5th line should be discounted to $30. But he said that the way BOGO works is that it takes the higher priced plan and gives you the other of equal/lesser value. So his recommendation was to get both lines as Plus, and the 2nd Plus line would be free. However, that contradicts the Terms of the offer, which state a maximum of $30 credit/month. I asked him about that and he said that it was incorrect and it is equal/lesser value for free. Of course, that sounds a little too good to be true, so I am not putting a lot of faith into what he told me.
In any case, I wasn't able to take advantage of the BOGO offer anway, as I currently have an ongoing promotion which discounts my Internet bill by $30/m for 24 months, but that offer will finally be ending at the end of January '24. He said you can have only one active promo on the account at a time, so if I want the BOGO, I need to have them remove the discount code. As my discount is ending in January and the BOGO promo ends January 10th, I may call back then to remove the last month discount and take advantage of the BOGO offer then.

In one of these Xfinity threads, someone finally confirmed that the previous free mobile line offer stacked (possible they changed it with this offer but I kind of doubt it). You'll probably get the option for a $20 discount on your Internet (region YMMV) if you combine deals and do a plan change before the mobile offer expires.

Edit: FWIW, as a data point, the $30/m discount I have been getting for the past 22/24 months was with a promo to add-a-line to XM back in Jan '22. After the monthly discount started being applied, I canceled that line and still rec'd the credits as I had at least 1 active line on the Mobile account. Seemed a little risky to try at the time, but went for it and it stuck!
From what I gather, it's a multi-service discount (on your Internet bill) typically $10 by-the-gig/$20 unlimited that I see available for current Internet customers and on higher speed plans when doing a plan change. For new Internet customers it can be boosted up to $45. But basically it's all region YMMV, so just log in and go to change plan and see what's available for you.

We are being billed Nov 26- Dec 25 and it's not showing free line. I contacted xfinity and they said it will show discount from next month: is that accurate?
