They have since been charging me for the 14Pro monthly for 1 year, and never send the gift card for BYOD. Basically they stole my own phone and are charging me full price. Dozens of calls, store visits and probably 40hrs invested and still nothing.
I really despise VZ.

sorry i can't be of more help, i didn't do anything special it just went through and showed the 830$.
iOS, nope, i've had phones for 5yrs without an issue... only reason i upgrade iPhones these days is because i can get 830$ off a new one, it seem silly not to
hate to be "that guy", but the difference is crazy.
