- Option 2: When leasing via Verizon, I will stay with Verizon for 36 moths
- Option 3: In combo plan, I will start with Verizon and then pay off after 12 months to take advantage of lower prepaid cost for remaining 24 months
- Assumptions for Verizon: When leasing from Verizon, I will use Unlimited Ultimate plan; Taxes and fees are for TX

I can not see how Verizon or combo deal is any better than paying out of pocket. Shoot some holes and provide feedback if you see any assumptions wrong. Given this analysis, I haven't pulled plug on the deal yet.36 month costs

Verizon also is giving account offers for adding a line: $830 off for adding any line (including Welcome Unlimited). No trade-in required

Went to Costco today and canceled my order from yesterday and place a new order.
Now my receipt shows the

2.$250 Costco cash for each line
3.$200 switcher rebate for each line
4.$830 promotional trade in value for each old phones(iPhone 6)
But!!!! I saw someone posted this, saying they will adjust your bill based on the phone you trade in, estimated trade in value was $830, but final trade in value is $0?
Does anyone successfully got full $830 credit for older models of iPhones?

I think final value will change if phone battery is swollen, or something else like pwd locked for find my phone etc...
