Does your receipt indicate $200 + $250 gift card separately?
Mine don't have $200 also. Rep told me once I input the info on the link when I am ready to port the line it will trigger a credit .

Just signed up for this online. I am military so i got firstnet and out the door I was at $123.xx on my first bill (not including the discounts which mount up to $60/month) >> ($830 per line discounts over 36 months + $250 per line discounts over 36 months )...not to mention the waived activation fee of $35 on both lines. I am trading in iphone 12 and 11 and they are both $830 in credits somehow.

I previously had att in my current area and loved the service. we had a falling out over iphone x several years ago when they lied to me on billl summary, pushed me out the door with promises of the moon and when I returned the phones within the grace period they charged me $2k and it took a BBB complaint, 3 months of complaints, and a call from a CEO before it was taken care of. So we took a littl break but all the other services suck.

IMEI is most important, that has all the info on the make/model.
This. if the IMEI was the 8 and you send in the 7, they're going to deny you and you're going to go through a bunch of headache. Get it fixed if something is off.

Click a provider, scroll down and will tell you which locations, by state, have that provider in-store. You can also call special 800#

Before they went to this recent round of unlimited plans, the newer plans were better than the grandfathered plans.

$40/mo for unlimited data (50gb, then throttled), 20gb hotspot, Disney+/ESPN+/Hulu included is hard to beat.

The ones you can select today, not as good overall but still not bad.
The cheapest plan is $65/mo now, with no streaming. I'd say that's terrible compared to the old plans. Factoring all of the credits and gift cards, you're still on the hook for paying $55/mo for the unlimited ultimate plan.

The cheapest plan depends on number of lines. People seem to forget that.

For me (5 lines), the cheapest plan is $25 unlimited starter, which is something i'd get for my kid. The next is unlimited plus, which is $42. Again, if I switch my current Play More plan to this, I pay $2 more and lose Hulu/Disney+/ESPN+ as to get that you have to pay $10 more.

Did anybody's payment for remaining balance get declined? Went in 9/25 for the upgrade and just received notification this morning that payment was declined. Tried to pay with multiple credit cards and it all declined.

Seems like there are two threads on essentially the same deal. As a Fios customer this was an awesome deal and posted the below in the other thread in case it helps anyone here.

So did this yesterday, transferring 8 lines from TMobile to VZW on the Plus plan. As a Fios customer i was able to login on their sales platform and it automatically recognized me and gave me the Fios $10 discount per line so net per line cost (before tax and after auto pay) is $32 and i am hoping i can stack my corp. 20% discount but TBD until i set up account. The system was only able to process 5 trade ins per order, however confirmed on website and VZW agent i can process last 3 trade ins once i receive new phones. I know math differs for everyone but was very solid for me given Fios discount on VZW and new discount on Fios service ($20 per month) too for bundling.

Side note for those with Fios moving over there was another offer for free airpods per line which was a nice bonus and unexpected. Anyway with 20% corp. discount my per line monthly cost is +~$5 more then current TMobile cost or ~$40 per month x 36 months or ~1500 increased service cost but got 830 x 8 discount on iphone 15 pro, 2000 Costco GC and 1600 VZW giftcard and 8 free airpods. Of course this is essentially a 3 year contract but feel very good about the deal in my situation. Any existing FIOS customers debating feel free to reach out and happy to answer any questions.

Thanks for sharing. Would you mind clarifying the sequence and location/platform of getting this done? For example, first go to Costco Verizon kiosk to do the new line activation/purchase new iPhones 15/trade-in old phones, then log onto the Fios account to get the Internet & wireless bundle discount and free AirPods offer?

Very interested in this and appreciate you sharing the details!

All done at VZW kiosk at costco. For me when i entered my personal info for soft credit check it recognized my email as having Fios, then as you proceed through sales process there is a prompt for you to login to your Fios account which validates your Fios service and auto adds $10 per line discount to Plus or above. They will take info for up to 5 trade ins as well and if you have more you can do it after you receive phones

Anyone knows about trade in phone?? Here is my story and I start to worry now. I traded in 4 phones on 9/30. 2 are dead, 1 has screen issue, 1 is ok. At Costco, rep told me they were ok for trade in and entered IMEI, condition (can not turn on, etc) and 4 phones were all accepted. Paid $410 tax on the spot. I received 4 iPhone 15 Pro 2 days later and mailed 3 phones first and good phone 2 days later. The first time bill is $155 for each line (I guess it covers 2 months, plus tax, activation fee, documentation fee, etc, etc). Now, here is the problem. the last received good one was evaluated at $830. However, 3 earlier received phones have no information. If they deny any of them, I plan to return all 4 phones. But they just do not tell me. What is my return deadline? What is my loss? Of course I threw away some packaging (the paper stick on the phone screen, and paper that cord coiled on, etc, but I have phone boxes). Thanks. I wish they honor the trade in once VZ ran the IEMI and condition at Costco and not deny it later with reasons such as not turned on, or IMEI is locked, etc.

Very helpful information. Thanks for sharing. Do you mind sharing more information about the free AirPods offer? Any link? I couldn't find any info about it. Thanks.
