I upgraded 2 lines with trade-in devices. Got the $830 trade-in credit and will get the $100 gift card for each line. The $250 gift card is for only new line's on new unlimited plans from what I recall.
I first called the number when the email saying declined came through after multiple reattempts to enter different cards. The rep on the phone said I would have to go to the store I made the purchase.
So I reached out to my Costco kiosk guy and he looked into it. He said it's been happening with many orders with iPhone 15s. He said I could come back and try again.

First time I went they said I could trade in iPhone 6s. Spent 90 min and they couldn't do it and had to revert.
Will the phones be shipped to the costco location for pick up or to my home?
