Hi there, yes you can. I ended up going in the deal and didnt have all my port-in information ready (account # + pin). So they gave me new "numbers" and when the phone arrived; i powered on all the devices then 1-by-1 ported number over after calling verizon customer service. Relatively seemless (they confirmed the "port went through" on their end) and took about 1 hour total (30 mins to get the port-OUT info from prior carrier and 30 mint o talk to verizon).

some people are mentally incapable of opening the calculator on their phone and adding up the real cost in 36 months, but the scum lying pos salespeople at Costco and Sam's club arent helping either they are the new car salesmen.

I calculated the real cost and ended up far ahead but it entails porting out in a year

I have had a hell of a time getting this deal. Whatever you do, when you're in store and about to order the phone and pay the taxes, DON'T use tap-to-pay or Apple Pay or whatever. Insert or swipe your physical credit card. The order will go through but get cancelled when the phone is about to ship. And then we tried again but the order got flagged for fraud b/c the store reps tried too many times to get into the account.

Unfortunately by the time I got the cancellation my trade-in (iPhone 7) was invalid. So welp I'm SOL now.

I pay $0 in store. No taxes on 4 new phones. I was even told multiple time that my $35 activation fees will be credited too.

Looks like the "any model" deal is back. Just last week is was only iPhone XS and newer got up to $830, now you can trade in an iPhone 3G and get $1000 off!

Verizon has actually enhanced the deal. With new or add-a-line it's actually ANY Apple, Samsung, or Pixel device in ANY condition (non swelling battery ofc). Like before Unlimited Ultimate qualifies for $1000 bill credits and Unlimited Plus nets you $830. Unlimited Ultimate also includes a promo for a free Apple TV 4k and 6 months of Apple One.

Best Buy is good for finding specific device trade in tiers and plan qualifications but doesn't always detail the entire promotion. For example the upgrades on their page doesn't include legacy "premium" Unlimited plans such as Get/Play/Do more. It's still useful for reference though.

The Apple TV and Apple One promos can be found from Verizon's website directly.

Wondering if you could help me out as I don't have verizon but an uncle of mine does.
Trying to see his best option...costco vs Best Buy.

He has a single line for verizon and on an old rate plan that's around $80 per month after fees. so he could trade in any device and get a pro max for $1,000 or $830 off depending on the plan he picks. Best Buy would be good since I have total tech and he would get AppleCare on his device.

Costco would be good since it seems like they offer some gift cards but I'm not sure if that's still active since it's a new month/offer

thanks for any help/advice
