Be informed: this is discounted because it's replaced by a new round version that replaces the oval shape with one just larger than the pop socket itself. The "alignment" magnet of MagSafe is not needed at all for this to work, so they got rid of it.
Unfortunately, to shed the extra bulk it is full price $30 everywhere.

Note that this comes with 3-4 month digital vouchers for Apple services as well. It claims to be for both new and returning subscribers. That alone seems worth the price of admission if you have a few Apple TV shows queued up.

Yep, that's pretty good, I never noticed that the Best Buy apple add-ons also work for returning subscribers. too bad, they don't work for existing subscribers too, would be nice to have a few months free

it's not difficult to get off. Try pulling off from the top, pulling down in a 45 degree angle.

If you're looking for a MagSafe grip that actually holds strong WITHOUT a MagSafe case this is it. It holds very strong. I prefer the ohSnap but you still need to use the provided adhesive sticker for that to hold strong.
