Not lower picture quality. Same all around except the inputs as you mentioned, slightly weaker chipset, and lower SDR brightness. HDR brightness is even the same. Rtings details all of this.

I went with this B3 several months ago when it was 1500 and am very pleased with it for the money saved.

B and C, only a little brightness difference. If your room is bright, go G series or Samsung QDOLED.
