A new quarter just started for trade-ins, fyi. When you send in a trade-in, there is a specific period it's good for. If you send it in near the end of the quarter, you just get a little time. But since a new quarter just started, any discount you get will be good until Jan. 1, 2024 - at least that's how it looks to me. Here are the terms:

Not sure what the sensitivity issue is but it's been extremely frustrating to yell at my echo 5 that it's not worth a discounted hue light which is roughly 20-30 retail. Anyone else have hearing issues with their echo show 5?
So close to black Friday as mentioned, every year they throw these good pre holidays deals out early. 9/10 times there are better deals to be had during the holidays though this is a pretty good deal it will be outside the return window
