Lowest price I've seen in a while on the ELV dimmer version of these Lutron switches.
Description for Amazon:
Bring technology and style to your home with the Lutron Caseta ELV+ dimmer. Caseta by Lutron allows you to control your lights from anywhere within your home with the Pico remote control (sold separately) or from anywhere with your mobile device via the free app and Lutron Caseta Smart Hub (also sold separately). The Caseta ELV+ Dimmer allows you to recall your favorite light level with the new preset button for added convenience and is designed to control many loads types: 500-Watt of incandescent, halogen or electronic low-voltage, 400-Watt of magnetic low-voltage and 250-Watt of dimmable LED or dimmable CFL (neutral wire connection and 10-Watt minimum load required for all load types). Out of the box the dimmer is set to control ELV, incandescent, halogen and many compatible LEDs, however is phase selective the dimmer output can be changed for MLV and certain LED bulbs with simple button press programming. The Caseta ELV+ dimmer is a great solution for LED fixtures with integrated, built-in drivers, ELV track lights and problem LEDs that may prefer an ELV dimmer. To use in a multi-location application, replace the existing switch with a Pico remote control and wall plate adapter (both sold separately). Please note, wall plate for dimmer is also sold separately

- retrofit recessed LEDs with their own drivers that have an audible buzz noise, particularly at low light levels
- a hanging fixture with an LED bulb in it that will not completely turn off (stays about 5% bright when "off" with the main switch and pico)
- to get recessed can LEDs to dim lower than they presently do. Minimum brightness is still pretty bright)
I had the same experience on caseta switches from Amazon warehouse
Does not require a hub. You only need it if you plan on using an app with it. This switch was one of only a few that work with the low voltage Halo LED wafer lights I have. It is entirely dependent on what lights you plan on using that would warrant this model.

The retrofit is likely just a brand compatibility issue. Sylvania's give me trouble. Halo works great.
You need a Lutron MLC (minimum load capacitor) between the load side and the neutral for bulbs that don't shut completely off.
Finally, search for "adjusting trim on Lutron caseta" to adjust minimum brightness.

I've tried the MLC on the switch and didn't see any change.
For the minimum brightness on the recessed can lights, it's adjusted as low as it will go on the Caseta, but the minimum is not that low. The cans are Nora 4" Cobalt LED Adjustable Retrofit, and I thought they'd get quite a bit lower.
Edit: apparently I hadn't adjusted the minimum dim on the recessed lights despite the fact that I could have passed a lie detector that I had. One of my three problems solved. These Nora lights actually get fairly dim.
Updated price, nice catch
Just keeps dropping. 75.88 now

The ELV switch might help with the buzzing of the recessed lights and should let you go dimmer. The ELV dimmer can be run in either forward or reverse phase dimming. Reverse phase dimming allows for deeper dimming and can sometimes help with the buzzing.
