It's not really a supplement per se. It's a complete protien concentrated down from dairy.

I lift. I need about 180-210g of protien per day. That's 2.5lb of beef or 1.5 lb of chicken breast per day. That requires a lot of meal prep. And a ton of calories.

With whey, I can slam one a day in 30 seconds and meet my protien macros. Also no excess calories.

This stuff is generally good and mix well. Syntha-6 has amazing flavors but has worse macros.
