If you do purchase this or use something similar in case of home defense. I highly suggest putting a tube sock on the business end. Your target will grab the bat and the sock will slip off in their hands, minus the bat, ROUND 2!

The tube sock can also be used as a gunshot wound compress if they shoot you instead of grabbing the bat.
