I have this. Never used it. Just use a knipex pliers wrench or the Klein version with the 2 in 1 head.
I was coming here to say this. I got a screwdriver combo tool and this one. Use the screw driver one all the time because it's so common in a house. This tool really isn't common inside. When you're working on these shapes, you usually want a ratchet for leverage anyways. I've provably used it two times in 5 years. I've tried it many more times than that, because it's easier than digging out the ratchet set. But either too long for the space, want leverage, or not the right sizs. Usually not small enough.
