Always ship to the address on the order, if the buyer messages you after the sale saying "Hey, can you send it to this address?" Tell them no, and either send it to the order address or cancel the order all together and relist the item.
Swappa is also a solid place to sale. Fees suck on both sites so if local selling isn't an option, these are about your two best bets.
Just ignore these BB/Google trade-in 'deals'.

Purchase Pixel 8 Pro w/Watch for $999.00
Traded in iPhone 13 Pro 128gb for a $480 value with an additional $300 trade-in value for $780 total
I was worried I wasn't getting the extra $300 as the in-store receipt the rep. gave me showed $480. When I looked at my online receipt, the Pro rang up as $699 instead of $999, so hopefully once it is all said and done I paid $219 for the Pro and Watch.
Already sold both on eBay:
Pro: $889
Watch; $255.99
All said and done, I should come out with around $734 in my pocket for an iPhone that was going to get me less than $500 on Swappa or eBay.
