    Everything new is sold out. Can't ship to home and no where to pick it up. If you go to preowned games, all the prices balloons up way past the $15 mark. Ridiculous.

    They barely have any stock to begin with especially if you want to pickup locally, it's all marketing and lies from this company just like their "New" condition.

    Absolute garbage. I don't understand why their "new" prices on this sale undercut the used price - and also have 0 availability anywhere.

    My pro account expires in 3 days. I've only been using it to buy digital game currency. I won't be renewing it

    Yeah, I just received my order of 6 games in the mail and 3 of them were not factory sealed in the plastic even though I ordered "New". Gamestop is the only company that does this. It's insane. I contacted them and they said I can take them to the store to get replacement but none of the stores around me have any of the games in stock due to the sale lol.... What a mess.

    It's not really a big deal if I were using the games myself but I'm gifting the games so I expect them to be new and not used. I'd rather not gift used games if I don't have to lol

At every other retail chain once you open something it's used and only able to be exchanged and not returned. What's funnier is that if you open it it's considered "used" and not new. The only reason they get away with it is that consumers haven't filed complaints about it with something like the Federal Trade Commission to force a change.

    I'm less likely to give a crap if the game is under $10 and it's something that I want to play. But at $10 or over I'd rather have it sealed in case I change my mind and decide to resell it later on as people pay more for sealed than "newsed".

    Ordered 6 games to get over shipping. Split it 1 and 5 on their end. Never got them so contacted them and they say it was returned to sender. They put my email as the street address. We call, deal with horrible customer service, finally get a manager and are told we will be refunded more than we paid since the promo is over and the current value is what will be refunded. Then two days later we get a package, which has all 6 games. 4 are used, all 6 were bought new. Gamestop is complete garbage and now I have to go yell at them again. I would rather have my refund.

    I receive their promo emails and got one a day or two ago that said they were hiring and here are the benefits they listed(directly from the email) -

    It seems like Gamestop fixed their inventory system again as it's showing accurate numbers for a few games that I looked at at various local stores, including Hogwarts Legacy pre-owned for PS4, which only one store by me had a copy of (and sold out of during the B2G1F).

    Mine just shows no inventory within 50 miles of me for all the games I'm looking for including games that show being available just yesterday.

    I received some that were supposed to be "New" but were already opened. Two of them had some kind of seal sticker put on them that said "New".

    The only ones I received that were still in plastic wrap were all Nintendo Switch games.

    Its a pretty big scam, though. I looked at the receipts, paperwork, and even the website and there was barely any indicator as to what condition I ordered it in and what I paid. The paperwork in the package just had the names of the games listed, that's it.
