Paid $40 for this game and I don't regret it. I have put in about 130 hours into it and I'm still not finished. If you like this kind of genre pick this up.
This price is $5 less than a previous front page deal.

How are you sinking that much time into this? Replays? Or just a glutton for monster recruiting?
I swear none of the Gamestops in a 50 mile radius from me ever show anything in stock other than the most popular games; almost anything else that shows up here (including all three versions of this game) is literally not available new or used in the 19 stores that show up when I search. Part of me almost wants to poke my head into one the next time I'm nearby and see what's on their shelves at this point.

Yeah I wanted to get midnight suns but no stock. None for this either, so off to Amazon we go

The game has a lot of side quests as ALSO there are important decisions you make that greatly alters the story from the characters you can recruit to the missions you go on. After you beat the game, it allows you to backtrack to pivotal moments and see how the story unfolds if you choose say A over B. On top of this there is a side quest dungeon called the 'Palace of the Dead' that is a 99 level long dungeon. No I did not attempt this because well for starters, I think I put around 70ish hours into this game and imo the ending I got pissed me off (thought I was happy with the overall experience).

I've gone in a few times to various Game Stops in my area and honestly a couple of months ago I would've thought they were closing down but their stock has gotten better just iffy on their used games stock. I don't think many are going in and trading games as much anymore. Not sure what's keeping them afloat.
